Open Photoshop CS3. Pull down the "File" ; menu and select Open. Browse to the photo to add the false eyelashes, and double-click to open it. Click the "Magnify&q uot; tool which looks like a magnifying glass on the bottom of the "Tools&quo t; pane. Zoom in on the clearest, longest eyelash the person has, making the eyelash fill up most of the Photoshop work area. Click the Lasso tool. Draw an outline around just the eyelash, trying to get as little skin as possible. When the blinking lines appear right click them and select Layer via Copy. Check the Layers palette on the bottom right of the screen. Notice that a new "Layer 1" is added but it can't be seen on the actual picture. Click the Move tool the top icon on the "Tools&quo t; pane. Drag the new eyelash into place. Click the "Edit" ; menu select "Transform " and then click Scale. Boxes surround the new eyelash. Drag a corner of the box slightly up and to the right to enlarge the eyelash, making it thicker and longer. Press the Enter key to set the transformation and remove the boxes surrounding the eyelash. One false eyelash is now in place.
