There are a few simple, easy ways to exfoliate your skin, and the elements are available in your kitchen (or supermarket). One is a sugar scrub moisten some plain old sugar with extra virgin olive oil. Cleanse your face normally, then when dry scrub your solution. The first time you use it your skin will probably be a little red. When this goes away, just do the scrub every few days for great, great skin. Coconut oil also exfoliates. I simply take a can of Goya (or Thai, or other brand of coconut milk), drain out the fluid, and then smooth the glop that is left on your face rub in a circular motion and you will be astounded at the dead skin cells that come off, and how smooth you skin feels. Other, quick exfoliating tricks: Slather your face with plain yogurt, let dry and rinse off. You can can microderm abrasion products at the drug store, and apricot shell scrubs, but I have found nothing finer than those "kitchen beauty products" I just mentioned.
