Click the Windows button to open the Start menu. Click Computer. Browse the computer to find the HTML document you just downloaded and saved. Right-click the HTML file. When the right click context menu appears, click Open with. Select Notepad or if you have another Web page editor such as Dreamweaver, click its name on the list instead. View the HTML code that appears when Notepad or another program opens the file. Scroll down the code and find what you want to edit. Point the mouse cursor at an HTML tag you want to edit. Click File and click Save As. Enter a different name for the HTML file to save it as a copy. Continue editing. To see a preview, launch a Web browser such as Internet Explorer or Firefox and open the HTML file. Click Save from the File menu in Notepad or Web page editor to save your changes.
