Even after giving resrvation (30%) they will be still bellow the equality(50%) level

Government has been forced to do this because of the society that we are living in where males consider them to be far better than females and don't let them progress in any filed . If they themselves are not safeguarding the right to equality for every individual then what can be done.

equality does nt mean with women and children....... ......but among the people same catagory

well..i personally don't this step of govt. because reservation in any sort effects the system negatively.
