Why does the heritage museum of Old Delhi lies in such a disorder?

If we are to treat our heritage monuments in this manner what would be left for the gen next to see and take pride of Indian art and sculpture?

If this issue has been highlighted, the Delhi govt. should look into it strictly, because these things are the most precious things and once lost they would never return to us and also can not be restored in any wayss..
