Caste is genetic race hatred, Reservation is environmental race; one is since Vedic times, the other is since Indian independence from the British Raj. Grossly speaking, Genetic Human Capital is compensated with Environmental Human Capital in order to equalize socio-economica lly in Vedic-caste-div ided racist India.
