A chance for the new players or A pause for relaxation for Sachin?

All the fans out there who will cheer for India in T20 world cup, do you all know that South African opener Loots Bosman is more than happy to know that Sachin Tendulkar won't be playing in the Twenty20 World Championship, but still he says that India is a very strong and dangerous team to play with?

both true. I think its a right decision of Sachin. he should take some rest also in a very busy schedule of cricket. So its a win-win situation
