One should always use helmet while riding on a bike whether going for a long distance or moving just around a street. Bike riders usually encounter with accidents and crashes anywhere and anytime, helmets protect from the serious injuries of head . And Yes, it is equally important to replace helmet once in a year or earlier than that if any damage happened to helmet. Helmet should be replaced as son as it get damaged.
