i`m a smoker and i want to quit smoking now but not being able to quit. so plz plz suggest me to quit it.?

It is the you who has started the habit. &it will be you only to stop it.The only way to stop smoking is to overcome the psychological dependence on tobacco and the physical addiction to nicotine.

I would say you need to be more determined and focused. Leaving it instantly won't be possible, I know you are also aware of the same, but you can try and reduce the number and gradually can completely get rid of this habit. Whenever you feel like smoking try and keep yourself occupied, either do some work or eat something that you like.
