anushka i think discovery channel is a high level channel for the child of 5.there are so many difficult points of life,science and other things around us the child do not have enough mind to find out these queries. Cartoon Network Pogo Nick these the the channel for children only the know what is suitable to a child according to their mind capability.

I think both are good.Cartoon network entertains children and gives refreshment .Discovery makes an enthusiasm in their mind to know about the modern science and technologies.Bu t dont permit them if they sites 24 hours in front of TV.Give a limited time.

Kids of the age of 5 should not watch TV at all , isn't it ? Why can't they play oudoor games , made to read books , comics.

I think its Discovery because they have high grasping power at the age of 5 so their g.k will become good and have no trouble in future

i think cartoon network coz at d age of 5 they r still kid,so itz gud to go with d age and thn once they reach to dat stage where they will hav d thinking of what is good and bad.or else it will b too hard to capture all together.
