First advice , Its not really a greAt idea to have UG course in USA . PG courses yes . So better score handsomely in 12th exam and get admission in a good college . Get your Bachelor's degree and while in the final year explore overseas courses . Do not leave out Singapore , Australia NZ options . Banks will compete with each other to give you educational loans( normally upto 7 lakhs as of now,it may change in 3 long years ) if you aim for a good viable PG course , do not worry . Right now, forget foreign dreams and study hard.
