yes....& why not? its a part of growing up....the childhood memories.As far as impact is concerned then kids have their own imaginary world.

yes the story which u tell your kid will have a impact on him/her but coming to the question of moral it entirely depends on the type of story you are telling and dont forget to tell the moral at last as conclusion because some children may take either in negative or postive
