All who had watched the first part of The Expendables must be well-familiar that the franchisee deals with high-octane action sequences. The earlier version evoked a massive interest among action buffs for its sheer line-up of the legends, but the film failed to impress.

Clearly, the expectations from The Expendables 2 were not much, but we have to admit that the second part is way more entertaining, far more thrilling, testosterone dripping and high on action than its prequel.

In fact once you come out of the theatre watching the film, it will for sure leave you with the taste of gun-powder in your mouth. The thriller has so much action, you couldn’t ask for more, to boot Con Air famed Simon West’s deft direction leaves you at the edge of the seat.

As far as adrenaline-thumbing action goes, you will have more than your fill, with bountiful ammunition expended, martial arts match-ups in full show, and every form of transportation imaginable, from helicopters to jet skis being thrown into the fray aplenty.

In all, give it a watch if you want to have an explosive weekend! We give the film a thumbs-up for its mind-blowing action!
