He made everyone hate him; yes we are talking about Kancha Cheena from the remake of Agneepath. Sanjay Dutt popularly known as Sanju baba, he has successfully played negative roles in the movies like Aatish, Vaastav, Jung and Plan. A fresh buzz around is that the actor is now turning up as a Gujarati gangster in Soham Shah’s next.

The actor will essay Sharman Munjha, who was popularly known as the Robin hood of Gujarat. In the 80’s the Munjha family ruled Porbandar and other places. Soham, the director of the movie went to Sanju baba with an idea of making film on this subject after looking back at Sanju’s contribution in the success of Agneepath remake.

As expected, the actor readily accepted the role. Sources say that, Vivek Oberoi will also accompany him as second male lead. The leading lady of the movie will be Chitrangdha Singh. Earlier, a film Godmother was made on the life of Santokben Jadeja wife of Sharman Munjha.

The flick’s pre production is going on and will hit the floor in the month of May. Moreover, Sanjay Dutt will produce this movie and it is expected to be one of the most expensive films of the year.

Let’s hope Sanju baba can retain his Kancha Cheena fame with his Gujarati gangster avatar as well.
