A source said that Ranbir is a part of NDTV and Nirmal Lifestyle's second year of Fit India Movement, the campaign has one fitness or sports personality as their city ambassadors -- Bipasha Basu (Mumbai), Virender Sehwag (Delhi), Sania Mirza (Hyderabad), Baichung Bhutia (Kolkata), Mahesh Bhupathi (Bangalore) and Vijender Singh (Chandigarh).
Ranbir spoke on the sidelines of NDTV's Marks For Sports 2 campaign “ I would love to do a film on football, hockey, boxing, kabaddi or anything as long as it has an interesting story build upon it." He added “My favourite sport has been football. I love playing football, but now I don't get time to play football. I am upset about it because I also feel that to live a healthy lifestyle you must play a sport, you must be active”.
