By now you all must be aware of the twins of Siddhi (Keerti Nagpure) and Kunal (Samir Soni) in Colors’ Parichay, who co-incidentally have the same name Anand in the show.

The two roles are being essayed by real life twins, Apurva Jyotir and Anmol Jyotir. The show has given them overnight fame and they are now being recognized by one and all. Well, if you think that the show is their only connect to acting then let us update you all.

It has been learnt that their father Prashant Jyotir is also a performer. He has done shows like Crime Patrol, Savdhaan India @11, RK Laxman Ki Duniya and Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. And the latest we have learnt is that he will also be seen in the next episodic of Vikram Bhatt and Entertainment Hub’s Haunted Nights on Sahara One.

Sources say that in the episode he will be seen as a caretaker of a guest house. The story will be about an actress’ soul that enters into a writer’s body. She takes revenge from everybody who was responsible for her brutal murder.

He has already shot for this story and it will be aired from 13 August 2012 to 17 August 2012. Talking of the same, he said, “Yes, I am part of the story.” Furthermore talking about his twins having bagged a lead role he said, “This was something that was not planned but I am happy for my children. They are very talented and Parichay will just help them grow even in future.”

So it’s truly the case of like father…like sons!
