As per the latest buzz making way from Bollywood, it is learnt that Naseeruddin Shah, who appeared in Ishqiya, the original 2010 film co-starring Vidya Balan and Arshad Warsi, may not be in the sequel, despite the presence of the Dhak Dhak girl.
For the initiated Madhuri Dixit is making comeback in films with much-anticipated Dedh Ishqiya. "Madhuri is wonderful and I always thought her a marvelous actor and a real hot number as well," he said. "I rate her among the greats and I am really looking forward to working with her. But I still don't know that thing is going to materialise."
This comes as a surprise, as the pair could well be a hit formula for the film. And it's all the more surprising because just a few weeks ago the Maximum actor professed himself eager to work with Madhuri again. "Madhuri and I have worked together before and I am her fan. I don't know how many films of mine she has seen but I always thought she is a good actress and I am waiting to work with her again," he said.
The reason for sudden change of heart, he tells is, "I am a difficult actor." Dedh Ishqiya would have been Mr. Shah's fourth film with Madhuri Dixit. They've previously co-starred in Tridev (1989), Pankaj Parashar's Rajkumar (1996) and M F Hussain's Gaja Gamini (2000).
Now, let see what future holds for these two actors!
