He is back on the tube through The Buddy Project on Channel V, which is a Sunshine Production. He shares his role of action on the show saying, “I play a successful investment banker with a past which is linked to the school in which he studied, and this makes him get back to the school as a teacher. The story will revolve around his interactions with the kids and the manner in which this changes their lives for the good. Also in the process, his life too gets transformed”.

Rather than his small screen projects, Manav is very ambitious about the Bollywood space. Though his first attempt with film Bhanvraa had not even seen the light of the day, he is still hopeful of making it big. He says, “Things have changed for the better, newer scripts and directors have come around. The success of Ayushmann Khurana (Vicky Donor) is a pointer to that change. Gone are the days when you would say TV actors can’t make it big in films”.
