Veteran actor of television Kiran Karmarkar, who rose to fame with Star Plus’ Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii, is all set to enter Colors’ Uttaran. As per the plot, he will be seen as Tej Singh – Dadaji’s (Veer’s grandfather) illegitimate child.

However, his character of Tej Singh was introduced during the initial days of the soap but later it vanished from the screens. Earlier it was played by actor Suneel Sinha but henceforth Kiran will be seen as Tej Singh.

According to the source, the look of the character will be the same. Hence Kiran will be seen sporting white beard and moustache. He will also be seen wearing dhoti-kurta with a black tika on his forehead.

Production house has roped this character in the tale to bring more twists and turns in the story line. Viewers have seen that Tej was the reason behind Vansh (Rohit Khurana) getting addicted to drug consumption. It will be interesting to see what he does this time around.

The actor will start shooting in a day or two and his entry should be aired sometime next week.
