Numero Uno Kareena Kapoor has often walked the ramp for various designers in the past, still this time we’re might surprised as she walked the runway at India's leading fashion week took place in Mumbai.
This was the first time Bebo participated in a fashion show for new designer as earlier to that, it had always been known designers. She marked her presence at the Lakme Fashion Week in Mumbai in scintillating attire made by designer duo, Pankaj and Nidhi.
She was elated to be a part of a show that promoted emerging designers. Digressing from their signature style, the designer duo scorched the ramp with their exquisite designs and unusual colour palette. Still it was a lonely walk for her and if the organisers were hoping Kareena's presence on the ramp would bring in some famous Bollywood faces off it, they were mistaken.
Kareena's only star (sort of) supporter was good friend and director Karan Johar. Not even he came out front to catch her stylish strut, but said hello backstage and left. Conspicuous by their absence were Kareena's fiancé Saif Ali Khan and sister Karisma Kapur, usually her biggest cheerleaders. Nor were best friend Amrita Arora and her sister Malaika in attendance.
Bound to say, this time, the Heroine failed to draw a crowd!
