The whole nation is standing with down heads giving a silent tribute to late Rajesh Khanna. The first superstar of Indian cinema deceased last Wednesday and left his fans with memories to recall. 

Contestants of Indian Idol 6 are also set to pay a tribute to late superstar Rajesh Khanna by singing some of his popular tracks like Zindagi Ek Safar, Oh Mere Dil Ke Chein, Kahin Door Jab Din Dhal Jaaye on the show.

And yet another evergreen hero Jeetendra will be the special guest for the Rajesh Khanna tribute on Indian Idol. He is one of those actor who played an inning with star Rajesh Khanna, he is the closest actor to him and itself a huge admirer and fan of legendry Rajesh saab.

Several memorable numbers like Mere Sapnon ki Raani, Jai jai shiv shankar, Zindagi kaisi hai paheli and Achha to hum chalte hai, were picturized on Rajesh in his prime, and they continue to enthrall his fans.
