Tinseltown actor Robert Pattinson, who has given series of interviews lately related to the promotions of his recently-released film Cosmopolis, has wonderfully maintained to keep Kristen Stewart topic at bay. On Wednesday, the famous Twilight actor was on Jimmy Kimmel Live (JKL).

The British star, 26, giggled and joked throughout his live interview, with no mention of Kristen Stewart or the cheating scandal that shattered their relationship last month.

Making no efforts to raise the topic of 22-year-old Stewart's betrayal and its aftermath, Kimmel noted to Pattinson that he said he was "homeless," without permanent L.A. digs, the last time he chatted on JKL. On which Rob, who had shared a posh bungalow in L.A.'s Los Feliz neighborhood with Stewart, jokingly said, "I still am. No, I rented this archway and I just live behind it. In one of those trash can"

Another way Pattinson is not living-so-large? "I buy everything off Craigslist," Pattinson explained, adding that he recently ventured to gritty Chino Hills, Calif. to buy a car for $2500. It I also learnt that recently Pattinson has vowed to walk down with Kristen the red carpet with her for Twilight premiere.

The actor has put her well-being before his own feelings when he made his decision to accompany her in front of the cameras in November. "He's told movie bosses he'll walk the red carpet to save her from embarrassment and any female fans booing her," a source said.
