As the nation prepares to head to London for the 30th edition of the Olympics, India will hope to add to the tally of the two bronze medals the sport has won for the country so far. And undoubtedly wrestler Sushil Kumar is one of the best bets from Indian in London Olympics.

He was the one who ended India's 56-year wait for a wrestling medal at the last Olympics in Beijing. India's first-ever medal in wrestling came through the legendary KD Jadhav, way back in the 1952 Helsinki Games.

Everyone is hoping for him to repeat the magical spell of Beijing there as well. "I am aware that the entire nation will be rooting for me. The competition in London will definitely not be easy with some top wrestlers from Iran, Eastern Europe, Azerbaijan and Turkey. But I want to come back as a gold medallist and an Olympic champion," the 29-year-old Sushil, who beat 2008 Beijing Olympic bronze winner Tushishvili Otar in the Olympic qualification tournament in Taiwan, says.
