Since few days there have been rumours about Uday Chopra and Nargis Fakhri planning to tie the knot this March. Some even said that recently the families of the two met and talked about their nuptials. However Nargis dismissed buzz about her marriage and said she is totally focused on her work.
The 33-year-old, who made her Bollywood debut with Imtiaz Ali's 2011 film Rockstar opposite Ranbir Kapoor, took to Twitter to clear the air about her relationship status.
"Happily single and totally into my work. I am not getting married anytime soon to anyone. Who started this rumour?" Fakhri posted. Meanwhile, there is buzz about the two seeing each other, since long and they have even been spotted together on various occasions and rumours about their marriage really didn’t come as big surprise.
Though, many had thought that it’s too early for Nargis to take the plunge as she is just one film old in Bollywood and only recently signed her next Madras Café, where she is playing a journalist. The film is political thriller, directed by Shoojit Sircar.
Madras Café also stars John Abraham, who plays the main role of an Indian intelligence agent. Madras Cafe also deals with the subject of terrorism, and will be shot in Sri Lanka, South India and Delhi.
