Grapevine is abuzz that Kareena Kapoor, who is said to have been called back by Sanjay Leela Bhansali for his ambitious project Ram Leela, has postponed her wedding for the film.

For the uninitiated, earlier SLB drew flak for dropping Bebo from the film starring Ranveer Singh, but since then hasn’t been able to zero in on anyone for the female lead. Both Bhansali and Kareena had their versions of the same story to tell only to complicate the already chaotic situation.

There were reports that having found none to play Leela, Bhansali had to approach Kareena once again. But now the latest buzz has a contradictory story to unfold. Sources tell that it’s Kareena who is keen to star in Ram Leela and is so desperate that she has put her marriage to Saif Ali Khan on hold.

A source said, “Apparently she told Saif that she wanted to be a part of the film, and that could happen only if they delayed the wedding. Reluctantly, Saif agreed.”

Will Bhansali take Kareena on board for Ram Leela? Will she really have to put her marriage on hold for the film?

Well, only time will tell.
