Talking about Geet’s end and Punar Vivah, Gurmeet feels that culminating Geet, which stands to be the reason behind his extreme fan following, was never an easy take. However, Gurmeet aka Maan believes that every good thing has to end one day and Geet was no exception. But he is happy over the fact that the show made a logical end and his fans are still bestowing him with the same love. On being asked as to why he chose for a role like the one in Punar Vivah, Gurmeet said that this is one role which allows him to essay different characters. He has to play a son, a husband and above all a father too which for him helps in using the potentials completely.

Though Gurmeet is fully happy with his career so far but the thing which may break many hearts around is his decision of not doing any more fiction shows post Punar Vivah. Yes friends, we know it sounds quite disheartening but this is what the hunk has decided. He has even assured that he won’t quit TV as he will prefer to go for reality shows, anchoring and other non-fiction stuffs.
