This is something shameful to come out that one of the clusters from the team of Director Kut's production had stolen money of actress Dimple Jhangiani while on shooting for its upcoming short film on Star Plus’ Teri Meri Love Story.
“The money was stolen from my rooms at both the places, first it was Rs 2500 while the second time it was Rs 4500. I am sure that this was the handiwork of someone from the cast as they alone had access to my room.” You suspect anyone in particular? “No,” she answered.
The incident first took place at Delhi followed by the second time at Pataudi Palace, Pataudi- where a large part of the above film was shot. “These things really hurt. It is not about money, but about someone you work with, breaking your trust. I have spoken to the production house about it and they have promised to look into the matter”, she said.
While on the other side producer Rajan Shahi said, “She did inform me of the money being misplaced or stolen. In such a big shooting schedule, such incidents do happen. But since the money involved was not that much, I guess it is not a very big issue. We have spoken to her about the same.”
