We all are well aware about the bond shared by Amitabh Bachchan and late superstar Rajesh Khanna. It all started with movie Anand, and later turned out to be eternal tie between these two superstars of their times. And during this difficult time the Bachchan family is proving their support to Khannas.

The Bachchans, who are also known to be close to Dimple Kapadia and her daughters Twinkle and Rinke, have been providing them with all the support.

On Saturday, Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan were seen leaving Aashirwad after meeting the superstar’s family. The Bachchans have also being sending food to Khanna’s residence as according to Hindu customs, the family of the dead is not allowed to cook till the 13th day.

Big B on his blog wrote, “The rituals are over. Food from our house has been sent to Dimple, his wife, at his house Aashirwad, where she plans to stay till the terahvein, the 13th day is over.”Amitabh and Abhishek were one of the first few to visit Aashirwad on 18 July, when the news of Kaka’s demise broke out. Amitabh later also wrote on his blog about his first encounter with Khanna on the sets of Anand.

Well, maybe that’s why they say that some relations stay with you even after life comes to an end!
