Fans of Asin have seen her sporting lehenga as an Indian bride in her movies like Ready and Housefull 2. Now, she is all set to surprise them with by donning a new avatar altogether in her most touted forthcoming Khiladi 786.

The movie stars Akshay Kumar, Mithun Chakraborty and Paresh Rawal besides her. Buzz is that Asin will be seen as a typical Marathi mulgi in the movie. There is a wedding sequence in the flick and for that she has donned a Maharashtrian avatar by wearing navvari green kashta sari, mundavalya (bridal jewellery),chandrakor (crescent moon) bindi and nathni (nose ring studded with pearls and beads) and green glass bangles. She is feeling like on top of the world after getting dressed in a marathi style.

A source reveals that Asin is trying well to step into the shoes of the Maharashtrian character; he further added, “Her character of Maya is that of Mithun's sister whose name is quite a mouthful Tatya Tukaram Tendulkar. As it is a comic caper, the typical Marathi lingo has also been incorporated. Asin being from the South, the Marathi language and customs are alien to her. So she is picking up the nuances of the language from her co-stars who are familiar with the language as well as unit hands."

Asin it would be surprising to see you as a Marathi mulgi!
