The modal turned actor Anuj Sachdeva first appeared on MTV's Roadies 3 before his acting career started with Star Plus’ Sabki Laadli Bebo, where he got the fame and name through playing Amrit. He was recently doing the show Phir Subah Hogi where he played the role of Thakur Aditya Singh-the male protagonist but has got replaced by Nandish Sandhu (Veer from Uttaran).

The actor was doing well on the show but still got eliminated. He says that changing tracks and introducing new twists breaks the monotony of a show. "If we start with a concept and we keep the same track going for a long time, it becomes monotonous and we need to introduce something new. That's why the focus shifts," said Anuj to a source.

Adding further on how to maintain script of any show and sharing about the demerits of a track, he said, “When the story starts, eventually it ventures into the genre of romance because audience wants it the track changes. The focus shifts but it does get back to the basic, I think the plot runs in some continuity".
