Shirish Kunder’s upcoming movie Joker is already making news all over as it is one of the sci-fi village movies that have never come into being in India. The promotions of the movie are on full swings and the cast and crew is very busy making all the possible efforts in making the movie a success at the box office.

It is something very new that Shirish will be getting on screen. The lead actor of the movie Akshay Kumar said, “I agree it won’t be everyone’s cup of tea. However, it is something which is fun and exciting for the families to enjoy. Sometimes that is more important than going for an obvious wannabe blockbuster. For now it’s time to let go and allow the aliens to take control.”

The promos of the movie make it look somewhat similar to Lagaan, Swades, and Tees Maar Khan. To this Akshay said, “Just because some out there find it typical, it has already been labeled despite only one promo to speak of. Joker is Joker; it has little bit of something and everything of something else.

The film also starring Sonakshi Sinha, Shreyas Talpade and Minissha Lamba amongst others is slated to release on August 31. So here check out how Akshay and his team allow aliens to take charge!
