Lately we informed you that Aamir Khan has been invited by Parliamentary panel for his suggestion on the development required on medical field.

And buzz making way from a little birdie says that the meeting, which was organised to discuss core issues related to the medical fraternity including FDI in pharmaceuticals on Thursday, turned out to be a success.  Sources have revealed that the meeting concluded on a successful note.

The actor, who was in the capital with his research team made a comprehensive presentation to the committee headed by Rajya Sabha MP Shanta Kumar of the Bharatiya Janata Party. Though the actor refused to divulge details of the meeting, sources from the committee informed the media house that the key issue that was discussed was about the FDI in pharmaceuticals and the price factor of drugs.

Khan looked happy to be a part of the committee meet and to have given his inputs to formulate a better system. He also appreciated the governments of Tamil Nadu and Rajasthan for their efforts for providing quality healthcare to the civilians of their respective states.
