Satinder belongs to the beautiful valley of Kashmir. 12 year old Satinder masters in soulful Sufi music and wants to keep this music alive for generations to come by being a successful singer.
He has been blessed with a wonderful deep voice best suited for Sufi music and according to him singing Sufi Kalaams connect him directly to God. Books and music are two inseparable parts of his life. He is quite different from other kids as he stays away from games and TV. His three brothers are also singers and they all sing Sufi songs.
Shahid comes from Karachi and has been through very tough times. He lost his father at a very young age and was motivated to move ahead in life by the dreams his mother had for him. He is a dedicated son and wishes to take his mother to Haj someday.
Though he aspires to become a great singer, his priority is becoming a good human being firstly. He loves playing snooker in free time and is very fond of Achari Gosht cooked by his mother. Both he and his mother have got a ray of hope with Shahid’s entry into Amul Chhote Ustaad-Do Deshon ki Ek Awaaz.
