Mahesh Bhupathi is an India’s well known tennis player all over the world as is highly considered as best doubles in the world and no one can deny that after knowing that he has won 11 Grand Slam titles for the country.
After conquering his first Grand Slam title in 1997, Bhupathi became the first Indian to achieve this milestone. His partnership with Leander Paes was well known as they made the country proud by winning various titles back home.
Bhupathi was awarded with the India’s most civilian award Padma Shri in 2001. He completed his education from University of Mississippi in the United States. His marriage with first wife model Shvetha Jaishankar ended up after seven years and earlier this year he got married to Miss Universe of 2000, Lara Dutta.
