Better known as Circuit of Munnabhai MBBS and Lage Raho Munnabhai, Arshad also won kudos by his role as Babban in Ishqiya. Born in Mumbai, he got orphaned at the tender age of 14 and trying to meet ends since then in mysterious and magical Mumbai. He got educated in boarding school in Barnes School, Deolali in Nashik district, Maharashtra.
Arshad’s personality is multi faceted and he is also a good dancer which was proved when he won Indian dance competition, followed by the fourth prize in the Modern Jazz category in 1992 World Dance championship, London, at the age of 21.
He opened his own dance studio named as ‘Awesome’ and with the money earned he constructed his own dance troupe, where he got his wife as student before she became a VJ. He had tried his hand and showcased his multi talented personality with flicks like Hogi Pyar Ki Jeet, Kuch Meetha Ho Jaye, Salaam Namaste, Maine Pyar Kyo Kia, Waah Life Ho To Aisi and many more.
Arshad has bagged many awards for his comic roles in movies like Munnabhai series and Hulchul.
